Tournament Submissions.

Event submissions for Cancon 2027 are now open.

Event Organiser Guide 2026+

The TO guide will be updated this weekend, it needs a few edits.

Submissions close 1st November 2026.

Events will be approved and tickets available from 1st October, unless we can do it sooner.

The form for submissions is a Google Doc. If you can not enter data into a google doc, ask a friend to do it for you. We can not accept emailed submissions

NEW Trader bookings for Cancon 2027.

Trade stands who attended Cancon 2026, had until the end of June 2026 to rebook their space.

Those who did not rebook, we are sorry, you can now book using the new trader link below.

Available spaces are show in white (Q1, Q1 etc)

New Traders please note:

Trade stands are made up from a minimum of 2 slots.
There is no extra price if the slot is open on two sides.
Power is included in your fee.
There are no restrictions on numbers of staff attending.

Trade slot prices for 2027 have had to increase.

This is due to venue and other costs significantly rising over the last few years and we finally have to adjust our prices to stay viable.

1x4m slot : $260
1x5m slot: $325
1x12m slot: 780
